There has always been craft and art in my life.  Stitching in many forms have been taught and shared.  Mom tells that I always could keep myself occupied with just thread and beads.  I would string necklaces and show her, then take them apart and make new ones, all before I ever started grade school.  Maybe that was the spark for my creativity and my continued fascination for beads. I love a challenge - taking needle and thread to beads has become my art form for the last decade or so.

Structure has never been easy for me so, most of my pieces are asymmetrical.  I like to think that I have kept touch with the child in me.  So color and texture often will surprise.
