This month, 18 Hands reaches westward, showing three outstanding San Antonio ceramic artists, each with their own distinct style. “All three of these artists do types of work we have not shown before,” says Karen Cruce, co-curator and co-founder. “Susan Raine's large figurative sculpture, Linda Nowell's extraordinary carved tree surfaces, and Stewart Martin's naked raku vessels are all new visual adventures for us.”
